NextGen Focus Area: Imaging (Rapid Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
Changyu Sun is interested in developing novel strategies for rapid magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) acquisition and accurate reconstruction. His current research focuses on developing novel physics- and data-driven methods using deep learning, parallel imaging, non-Cartesian sampling and compressed sensing for cardiopulmonary applications. The goal of his research is to develop fast, accurate and automatic MRI workflow for diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
Precision Health Impact:
- Developing data-driven and physics-driven MRI methods.
- Improving diagnosis and treatment of cardiopulmonary diseases.
